This is a plain ruler that will assist web developers to measure their desktop or screen.
Review of the versions:

- V. 0.2.4: using “L” key for locking position marker
- V. 0.2.3: using “Shift” key for quicker shifting of the widget. “close’ button was attached
- V. 0.2.2: using “right”,”left”,”up”,”down” keys to shift ruler. Using combination of “Ctrl” key and one of the above keys to shift position marker
- V. 0.2.1: plain ruler can now be applied by Linux users
- V. 0.2.0: the color of ruler is saved when you exit the widget.
- V. 0.1.9: using “c” key or clicking icon to change the color of the ruler
- V. 0.1.2: using “Spacebar” to easily switch from vertical to horizontal mode and contrariwise
