2d ruler

A two dimensional ruler to measure the screen and desktop. Use arrows to shift bottom and right border. Use combination of “Ctrl” and arrows to move left top border. Use “Shift” key to switch to turbo mode for the above keys. By double clicking you can put the widget in the top left corner.
