The same function is also available in Opera and Firefox. In the settings of the add-on you have to adjust the actions that will be done when you manipulate with your mouse. For example, you can set that the window of the browser becomes less when you press the right button of your mouse and drag the mouse to the left-bottom corner of the browser.
