The widget applies nearly all the functionality of the http://webcams.travel/ internet site and converts it in form of widget. The widget includes four primary zones: Map, Tags, Details, and Favorites. | This widget controls a digital camera that has a remote control so that it can be applied by internet users, who are interested to see the motorized web camera in action. This camera is currently installed in my laboratory and anyone having the access to the internet can explore it by moving the given digital camera left/ right and down/up with the use of “Webcam Control” in the bottom left area of this widget. After you click on the “Webcam Control” a little window with left/right/down/up controls will pop up. The new version v1.1.0 has a bettered control of the digital camera movement. The buttons to control direction of camera movement are now located right on the image. So you no longer will see a pop up window. Now it’s become possible to switch on or off a lamp in my laboratory with the help of a web remote control. So, if it’s dark you can turn on the light. |
